Job of a hotel receptionist was put on trial in Italy

During the project experimentation, AJA Associazione Jesolana Albergatori engaged with the students of Fondazione ITS Turismo Veneto.

Three Hospitality Messengers from AJA, Giovanni Fregonese, Giacomo Vigolo, and Andrea Nicoletti, supported by Michela Cestarollo (AJA) and Roberta Bassan (Net), conducted a trial focusing on the profession of receptionist.

ITS students served as prosecution, defence, and jury, while our Hospitality Messengers acted as judges. This is a short video of the final trial held at the ITS school (Jesolo, Venezia) on February 5, 2024.
